These terms cover text messages (SMS and MMS) from Heavens (“Heavens”, “we”). They apply when you enter your mobile number on our site and tick the box agreeing to receive messages. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and the rest of your information.
What you are signing up for
The Heavens text program sends marketing and product messages: new products and flavours, restocks, offers and discount codes, and occasional wellness-themed updates. We may also text you about something you asked us about. Messages come from [the sending number or short code].
How you give consent
You join by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form and ticking the consent box. Doing so is your written agreement to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Heavens at that number. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us: you can shop without joining, and you can leave at any time. You confirm that you are the account holder for the number, or have the account holder’s permission, and that you are at least 21 years old.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies; expect [up to X messages a month]. We do not charge for messages, but your carrier’s message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to leave the program. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing more unless you join again. You can also email support@simplyheavens.com and we will remove your number.

Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives. Messages are sent on our behalf by [the SMS provider], which may store your number and message history to deliver them.
Your number and your privacy
We use your number only to send the messages described here and to respond to you. We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share them with anyone other than the provider that delivers our messages. Your opt-in and opt-out records are kept as proof of consent. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced by text or on this page before they take effect.
